Carelon Behavioral Health is the Third-Party Administrator for the California Statewide CYBHI Fee Schedule Program ​

Carelon Behavioral Health (Carelon) has been selected as the statewide third-party administrator (TPA) that will serve as the contractor for management and oversight of the provider network, along with serving as a mandatory clearinghouse for claims submitted under the fee schedule.
