California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Fee Schedule

Connecting schools and health plans to make behavioral health access simple so every child can thrive.

Carelon Behavioral Health will act as the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for the California Statewide CYBHI Fee Schedule Program. As the statewide TPA, Carelon will manage and oversee the provider network and function as the mandatory clearinghouse for claims submitted under the fee schedule.
