California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Fee Schedule

Making mental health care more accessible in California schools.

Carelon Behavioral Health will act as the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for the California Statewide CYBHI Fee Schedule Program. As the statewide TPA, Carelon will manage and oversee the provider network and function as the mandatory clearinghouse for claims submitted under the fee schedule.

Let’s work together to improve the behavioral health of children, youth, and families in California by expanding their access to youth-centered, equitable, and prevention-oriented services.
