CYBHI Fee Schedule TPA Program Announcements

12/08/2025 – Availity Eligibility Look Up is now live!

We are excited to share that effective 11/22/2025 Providers may use the Availity Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry function to look up Member health insurance information for the five health insurance plans we have established secure data connections.

10/24/2025 – Student Batch Registration File Update

We are excited to share a Carelon Provider Update with you. Carelon has established connections with the health plans listed below for CYBHI Fee Schedule program. Effective 10/24/2025, Providers (LEAs) will no longer need to list students who have health insurance with the listed health plans on their Student Batch Registration template.

Also, effective 10/24/2025, for students with the below listed health insurance plans, Providers (LEAs) must now list the student’s health insurance plan member/subscriber ID number in the subscriber/insured ID field when submitting claims to Carelon for CYBHI Fee Schedule program services.
